We don't ask for sensitive health information, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Cookies and tracking
Our website doesn't use its own analytics or advertising cookies. However:
- Affiliate links: when you click a link to a product we review, you may be taken through our affiliate partner (for example ClickBank), which sets a cookie so it can tell that you came from our site. This is how we may earn a commission if you buy. Those cookies are controlled by the partner, not us. Please see their privacy policies.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the site:
- Systeme.io (France): stores email sign-ups and sends our emails.
- Netlify (USA): hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google (USA): provides the website fonts.
- Affiliate networks and sellers such as ClickBank: only the cookie and click information described above, if you click an affiliate link. We don't pass them your name or email.
Some of these providers are outside the UK. Where that's the case, they protect your information using approved safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your message, then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it, or to delete it
- object to or limit how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send
